Recently, biographies (in German language) of Christian Wirth and Franz Stangl, who were involved in the crimes at the Hartheim killing center, were published by StudienVerlag in the series “Historical Texts of the Hartheim Castle Learning and Memorial Site.”

Both works were written by Danish researcher Anders Otte Stensager and first published in Denmark. They have now been translated into German and published by the Learning and Memorial Site. The volumes offer in-depth, scholarly insights into the lives of key players in the National Socialist extermination apparatus—both in Nazi euthanasia and the Holocaust. Both works are available for purchase through bookstores or in the Learning and Memorial Site's bookshop.
