Change in Payment Terms for Educational Programs

Starting with the 2026/27 school year, revised payment terms for educational programs will apply at the Hartheim Castle Learning and Memorial Center.

The following applies to all bookings made on or after this date:

  • The most significant change is that, upon booking, a ticket for the selected program—including the total price—will be issued. This means that the cost for the number of people booked is fixed and binding.
  • A reduction in the number of participants booked or a cancellation of the visit can only be accommodated up to three business days before the visit to Hartheim. If notified later, we will charge the total price specified at the time of booking.
  • We will send a confirmation of the ticket booking to visitors via email within a few days of the booking.
  • A larger number of participants will increase the total price based on the per-person rate.
