8th of May 2026 - Spital am Pyhrn - Book presentation and memorial service "Foreign Children's Homes"

On May 8th, a memorial service will be held in Spital am Pyhrn to commemorate the victims of the "foreign children's home" in Spital am Pyhrn, and the new anthology on the "foreign children's homes" in the "Gau Oberdonau" will be presented.

3:00 p.m.: Book presentation at the JUFA Hotel, Stiftsplatz 1: Presentation of the new anthology "'Fremdvölkische Kinderheime' in 'Oberdonau'" 

5:00 p.m.: Memorial service at St. Leonhard Church, Pyhrnstraße 165, Commemorative address: Dr. Monika Steiner-März: From Ignorance to Remembrance – Scars of History – Paths to Healing
